No trade,but Welington Carvalho left us a negative feedback, need help.

The seller Welington Carvalho wanted to sell us wow gold on btc, but my partner dont know how to pay btc, need wait our boss comes back, so told him to use btc need wait more hours.

Paypal and other payment our accountant can pay, and it is on weekend, my boss was away on a business trip, he said he can come back soon, so my partner said XX hours when he comes back, we will pay him.

I had apologized to Welington Carvalho , sorry for letting him wait hours,but this our partner said first . and finally we haven't make the deal and he deleted us.But he left the negative feedback on us, i don't think he can leave feedback for us. So need help.
