explain what happened: wanted to buy an account, he offered me an account and told me the price and accepted, when wanted to pay and after payment was done, he just ignored me and disappeared.

He's one of the most well known scammers on the site. You should always Google someone's Skype name to check their record before trading. For example, this guy in particular has 20 of the top toons in the US listed for sale, but no trade feedback on the forums or anywhere else aside from a few scam reports on OwnedCore. If the deal is too good to be true then it generally is. Sorry it happened to you, and hopefully this guy gets banned once and for all. Sorry for your loss. They've now been banned. In addition to what Charax said, nobody should ever pay with a non-refundable payment method for people without an extensive and proven history of trading. Anybody reading this thread should keep that in mind in the future
