Explain what happened:

Scammer is using PayPal account to buy from several sellers here using a fake German Passport, tries to use a credit line which he does not know how to use very well and the money he sends will never arrive at our accounts. He tried to scam TheEnglishGuy as well.

Really hope you guys can do something about this. What I hate most is that he gave me negative reputation feedback. Is there any whay that can be restored?

held payment does not automatically means it's a scam, what's the proof of him using fake pp / documents?

He is giving me bad reputation cause he wants the accounts now. As you can see ALL of his payments are being held. This guy is definetly a scammer. Doesn't reply to emails. You can clearly see the ID has a font as signature.

Again, he's saying he has paid multiple times when he has clearly not. Not only me but other people as well...
