Explain what happened:
As it was my first time dealing in an unfamiliar forum and game (GTA V) I don't frequent, I wasn't sure how the end-to-end process would be. I hit this guy up on Skype and I asked if he could guide me along his way of doing things. He came online, and asked for the mode of payment right away without addressing my concern. I brushed it off as I have completed numerous trade on OC already and felt this shouldn't be too different. I understand that sellers have to pay taxes when receiving funds via PayPal so I offered to cover that for him. So funds have been sent, and it's been over a day since he last replied me despite my incessant but necessary follow-ups.
