I somewhat fell for smexzeh even though on a google search I found some youtube scam vid I didnt listen to my gut, but in the end I won the paypal case tho so didnt lose out on anything besides a few mins of my time calling ppal

To clarify the 20$ was and extra fee, he decided after he wanted to get extra legendary gem upgrades for diablo 3, which looking back now was just his game plan to try to strengthen his scam I believe.
