Explain what happened: He bought 3 mounts from my service. 3 days later he opens a dispute on paypal and claims that he got a 14 day suspension and the mounts removed and wants to be refunded. I requested screenshots showing his account suspension.

Update: He deleted me on skype and changed his details, aswell as his facebook account information.

screenshot of his banned account. If the account was suspended like written in the mail, he would be able to access it. Also the adress bar shows "https://eu.battle.net/account/management/transaction-history.html" which is even possible to view on a banned account.

Be aware that he always took more than one hour to send the screenshots to me, enough time to do some photoshop work. I did some research and his facebook profile shows, that he has skills in Graphic Design and Web Development, making it easy for him to fake some text.



When I requested a screenshot with a specific link which could grant me a better insight, he refused and called it "insulting", also saying he wont be discussing this further. He also wasn't able to explain why it shows that his account his banned instead of suspended. (I could upload a screenshot of how a suspended account looks, but I dont want to give him a pattern to fake more stuff)



The main problem with this is, that other people (another mount seller for example) already picked up on me, calling my service bad and trying to stop other customers from using it. Such stuff results in a big loss of reputation.

Considering you've publicly listed personal information online without permission or consent, would you like to go down the legal route? I have provide you with the information and screenshots (listed above) which you've requested however nothing seems to be enough for you, it seems you are in denial that your service has banned/suspended my account.

Regardless what you have posted is against privacy and slander, therefore I suggest you remove it before I take this further.

I fail to see the part which is against your privacy, as you have set up your facebook profile picture and your information to be public.

This post contains public slander, containing personal and sensitive information regarding the individual. In return the poster is hidden under an anonymous alias name which can not be linked to an individual. The targeted person has not committed any type of fraud or scam, and has legitimately been banned through the acts of another. If this information is not removed then local authorities will be informed and a legal action will be taken to remove this public slander as this has now become a personal attack.

You send me an email saying you got suspended, then go on with sending screenshots of a banned account. Its not the same, it doesn't match, you already opened a dispute on paypal on the same day. Tell me how this is not a scam.

Do you really believe that a person who has been personally attacked online will contribute towards your acts of slander towards them, this type of activity is not acceptable nor is you actions and behavior.

WoW-Awesomeness, if you want to stick to your claims, there's an very easy way to confirm it - you can contact any of our site moderators, providing your acc info, so a mod can log in to your acc and confirm if it really is suspended, as screenshot sadly isn't really a convincing enough proof in this case, simply because it can be very easily fabricated.

Due to insufficient proof for chargeback from user wow-awesomeness part, and refusal to provide it / no contact for two weeks, user is being banned until he can provide convincing proof for chargeback he made / return money.
