Explain what happened:
I spoke with scandicgold on skype. He agreed to sell me 999k gbank and swift spectral tiger within a short amount of time. ( The same night).
They took my money, and did not log in for several days until i filed a dispute.
When i filed a dispute they said that i have recieved my items and that im just crying about getting banned.
At no point did i input any details for my character name or anything like that on the website order to show them what character to trade so there is no way they could trade me anything.
The support was calling me a liar and really trying its best to screw with me.

After almost 2 weeks of going back and forth with paypal, i finally got my money back.
These clowns should be put out of business.

Can someone tell me what proof to put specifically for a non delivery?? I have skype convo, paypal, website screenshots of me not entering the character name on website. Please he cannot get away with this behavior.
