I bought this account from this guy and today, I cant log in. The email and password is changed along with the battletag.

I had changed the email, password and added an Authenticatior to the account but I never got an Picture ID, he stopped communicating with me after he got the money. I bought it in July. He had his phone was attached to the account and I tried to remove it but Blizz wanted a Pictue ID to do that.

You obviously didn't buy the account here on OwnedCore though so there's not much we can do about it. I suggest you contact the market place you bought the account on and see if it can be solved there.
