possible scammer

A guy wanted to buy a gw2 acc I asked who he was he posted his acc (which I wont name just yet as his acc is 1 year old) he gives me a link. It has 1 rep but i ask him to message me anyways. Almost instantly he deletes me of skype.

Does this happen or should I make a real scammer report.

At least post his skype and oc name. Then it's up to the user if you want to trade with him or not.
