Explain what happened : I want to buy a wow gametime card. I've sent him money 19$ on paypal account which he gave me before and then after some time 10-15min he came with the excuse that he didn't get the money arrived on his paypal acc yet. And that he game me the wrong email which he can't now access because blablabla... Long story and I guess copy/paste from skype will clear it.

You guys need to so some research on vendors before you buy from them, if you were to look at how many threads he had opened in a short amount of time with the majority of them having comments calling him out on scamming it could have been prevented. This guy has opened like 3-5 accounts copy-pasting his thread over and over again scamming every time... please do some research before handing over money!

Also If you have banned him - does he get IP bann or just lock on his account and he can make another new ?
