Explain what happened: Bought 350k gold from me, after I gave him the gold, he instantly tries to dispute back money on PayPal. Reporting his account right now to get it banned.

Spend the money on amazon or somewhere else, dont think u have enogy time to transfer $$$ to your bank

I spent a bit on amazon yesterday, but I don't want trouble for me or if the account was stolen for the person who is victim of this guy. Should I contact pp and explain to them in your opinion? Showing them this thread maybe. He still didn't ask for a refund from me anyway, but he used the same methodology/conversation with me. Thanks for answering.

I will contact paypal anyway before he dispute, so at least I did the first move and I hope paypal scrutinize the case better and maybe help op too.

If it`s the stolen paypal, then you ll be liable for the money. The guy who has his paypal acount stolen wont' be liable for anything. It`s normal for this business.

Yes I know I'll have to reimburse them if it was stolen, I just want to make things alright and don't have worse problems.

Just wanted to send an update, turns out the buyers paypal was hacked and the funds were refunded... oh well =\
