Paying to be a donator but getting no access to elite section?

I have now paid two different times and been given no elite access. I would like a refund or a fix to my account and refunded once. The first time I tried I didn't think it went through until I saw the bank statement. Now I know it has gone through and I tried again to see if it was a bug and either CoreCoins isn't given a care to do anything about it from the last few times I have e-mailed or something is up.

I would like this addressed please.

PM an admin, sometimes the donation access isnt instant, and why would you pay TWICE? if it didnt work the first time, PM an admin about it

I don't like to make more then one thread either. It isn't fun trying to run around get someones attention so that the issue can be looked at?
Why pay twice because the first time i paid 3 months ago no one replied to me begging for help.

This time i tried again. And now I am at my wits end that I tossed 30 bucks into thin air and I used to enjoy these forums.

Your saying to get a Admin well do me a favor and tell me what Admin to PM as I have looked and not seen anyone.
I have also posted at the contact us area and never got a reply back there.

hmm are you sure you are accessing the right Elite Section? there are 2 different ones, one is just elite guides/exploits under game specific forums and one cannot be bought, as in you have to contribute to the forum enough to get i think 250 or 300 rep to actually view it.
