That is not how the rep system is supposed to work, you don't just give it to your friends, it is meant to reward people for good posts & threads. And there is NO rep trading in the Trading/Selling section, use Trade Feedback for those area.

By replying to threads and trying to contribute with helpful posts
Of course, you won't get +rep every time, because there is a lot of people that cba repping even if someone helped them
