section in EMU for releases

im getting really tired of ppl asking for help spamming releases down to page 1000 by the end of the day i rly thing help and releases should be 2 separate sections

We all know that they will post for help in the Releases section, but I do think this is a good idea.

(You should also make it so you can only post one thread every thirty seconds, to prevent when people lag and they accidentally post two threads.)

This is a good idea...theres one section for people to discuss emulation and when people release things it just goes to the bottom

People keep on asking for more sections to emu part of forums..IMO it is fine.
