Approving threads

Its quite a simple suggestion really, approve threads before they are to be viewed by everyone, this means A moderator or high can approve the thread, or contrib+ can vote on it, whether this should only be done or leechers threads or not im not sure but i think it would help to ensure MMOwned keeps the high standards it has set and does not turn out with 1/1000 threads being original

We have this in some sections, such as MEing Guides and Programs. But for some sections its just irritating to have, such as like the eploits or Meing main, because people make new threads in there all the time, its easier for mods to just delete the bad ones
