Fixed-width right ad block

Hi there. I want to suggest making the right ad block in posts fixed-sized to simplify adding images that take the full width of the post.

At the moment, the size of this block depends on the text below the ad. It doesn’t seem correct, as this text or its font changes from time to time, thus changing the maximum width an image can take. Some images look fine after automatic adjustment to the new width, but some look distorted and need to be resized manually.

My vision of how it should look:
