Hmm....I like this idea....Sometimes Its better than somebody alerting us a week after 50+ People have downloaded it and it has already screwed them over good.

On A Side Note: I dont know if its possible but maybe Matt or one of the admins can make it so that when a user posts a program, there MUST be a virus scan of it inside. What I mean is, if somebody trys to post a program that doesnt include a virus scan, an error message will show saying... "Please Be sure that a virus scan is included in the above posted program" And it wont let the post show up on the site until there is a virus scam included

Unless the program/any other kind of a file isn't that big, I don't see a problem at scanning the file at virustotal.com or any other free online file scanning site.
It's a good idea, but I don't see a point of adding a new section for that (it's actually not my decision which counts, though.), maybe a sub-forum in the Bots and programs section like "Infected programs" "Know any recently relased virus infected program? Tell us about it!"

    We post programs as LINKS
    so that cannot happen =P
But they can MAYBE do so whenever we post a link (for eksample Rapidshare) they see that a new post has been made and that it contains a link...

I like the thought, but i also think that the best thing to do is to scan downloaded programs yourself using virustotal.com and/or looking at it through a hex editor, then post your results in the thread if its clean, or report the thread to the staff if its not.
i would think that a majority of our members would not even go to such a section .

scan the programs by yourself, we remove programs with viruses if we find out ourselves.
