Unreadable fonts

Some people use color that make the text really unreadable for me
this is an example
is there a way of changing the color of the text in a post that is not my own? I mean of course, only for me, while reading?

Highlight the text with your mouse, left click drag, gives it a black background.

we changed theme a few times, hence why some is unreadable... but as cukie said, just highlight it.
