Add rep ranks and title meanings to FAQ

I've noticed a lot of people asking what amount of rep for this and that lately. Maybe the FAQ can be revamped to show the rep tiers and their benefits. Right now it just says to how to contribute and how to be a mod.
Like:
I.D. Verified: (benefits)
Donator: $amount, special access to blah blah.
Lazy leecher: 1-9 rep
Active: 10-79 rep, special access to blah blah.
Contributor: 80-324(?) rep, special access to blah blah.
Elite: 325(?)-? rep, special access to blah blah.
Legendary: pink and stuff.

Like i said, add it to the FAQ, not a post in the off-topic forum that has been buried for 1.5 years. Confucius's handbook is stickied, but it is from 2009, and both of those are old enough to still call it "MMOwned" , thanks for the link though, i now know the exact rep required for the ranks
