donated but not upgraded

hi not sure where to put this, really couldnt find a place for it...but i upgraded my acct today to donator and still not receiving any access to elite areas, etc....any help would be appreciated...ty

Please recheck if you realy have sent the payment (you should get donator status automatically), and if you did - please send the payment ID to Ket and explain him what happen.
