    Stricter rules at programming sections

Basicly, I'd like something done with the programming sections (not the wow-memory editing).
I think the memory editing section is a great example, knowledge is required. Same should be with the PHP, HTML (and every other programming section) - becouse it feels like the people C&P the code and then ask what's wrong - and they don't have a clue about what it does. That's the wrong way to go if you ask me.

When you're building a website, there's two (major) ways you can go:
    1. Prebuilt ones, such as vBulletin (etc, etc). And other "register & login" scripts.
    2. Learning and programming by yourself.

Both are good, it depends on the owner itself.

I think there should be two sections - "C&P help" and "My own code help" (you get it) - OR a non-tolerant rule about C&P, like it is in the memory editing section.

Please get this suggestion right, and it was more like a suggestion for MMOwned 2.0.

My thoughts, hate it or love it

    (C&P = Copy and Paste)

The Programming section is for people who are learning. C&P is allowed (and usually encouraged if it helps people understand the code better).

The mem editing section has strict rules due to the amount of code stealing, and other such nonsense that went on a while back.

In other words; the rules are fine. If you don't like it, report it. (Not that I'll do anything with the report, other than close it) Those sections are specifically meant for people to learn. How they learn, is up to them.
