I think there should be different sections for the WoW Emu Server listing, including Blizzlike, Vanilla, Funservers, etc. These threads are also dead threads, and I feel like the community should be allowed to rate the servers, a 5 star rating system for each thread would be sick as shit and it would be cool if we could list the forums in a star rating order, or by new server listing. This could also increase traffic to the site by people telling their server to come here and rate their server, you could also add adspace to the topic listing.

Then they'd get all the members of a certain server to rate the highest then boom. No one has any bad thing to say about the server.

However I do agree with the Community being able to rate threads, because a majority of the posted are hamachi servers which die in the next 48 hours.

I don't agree on the sections, it's just pointless. Maybe they could tag there thread at the begining of there thread like [High Rate] (Servers name). So like:
[Funserver] WoWLegacy (just an example).

But the star rating idea is pretty good.

The star rating is already in place though, but applying a rule to make people tag what it is, people already generally do that, not all, but quite a few.

To be honest we should beable to reply to these threads, along with a rule that the OP can't bump their server advert to the top, and after x time without a post it locks. At the moment about half of the servers on the first page are dead hamachi ones.

Posting in a closed thread just to clarify the rules.

It is NOT against the rules to suggest new sections, so long as you have a valid reason to do so. Saying "we should have a videos section" is against the rules. If you give us a thoughtful reason to WHY we should add a section; that's always welcome.
