Why can you not send them until you have 10 posts? I get disallowing them on 0 to stop bots, but I'm pretty sure your server would prefer me to just send the damn message than take up bandwidth making 10 shit posts.

They hire random guys to spam this forum, no bots. And they usually don't make 10 posts.

It's also a good way for competitions were u have to PM in the answer or what ever. Stops people making multiple accounts.
