    Emulation sections on homepage

On the front page we have "New WoW Exploits", "New WoW Guides", "New Model Edits", "New WoW Hacks, Bots, and Programs", and because of them, I can see at a glance whether there's anything I would like to read.

I'd like to see Emulation Discussion (not subforums) and/or Releases on the front page, because they usually have quality posts worth spending a minute of reading on.

Maybe it's because emu is slightly less ok than the other stuff? Sure, some things are against Blizzard's ToS, but reverse engineering is illegal.

And hacks for WoW aren't? I'd imagine those are just as bad.

WoW Scamming is RL illegal, cause its not just WoW Scams.
And just because you hate emulation, doesn't mean it doesn't deserve a spot. I think this was merely an oversight on the admins part, and it will prolly get added.
Emulation Releases should be on there

On the contrary. I think the emu guys do a LOT of work, and deserve some front page space. I came to MMOwned because of searching for how to make a wow private server.

Anyhoo, whoever mentioned hacks, no, they're not illegal at all. Just get you banned. And whoever mentioned scamming, it's against the ToU to trade accounts. You don't own them in the first place. Buying your CD key is buying exclusive leasing rights. Your subscription is a lease fee. That's why when you run out of wow time, you keep your account (because it's reserved for you), but you can't play (because you haven't paid the lease). You can't sell something that wasn't yours to begin with. Neither can you steal something they don't have. Scamming someone's WoW account isn't illegal, it's just immoral (according to most moralities. Some moralities amount to "do whatever you want whenever you want"), so it portrays a bad image for the site, lowering traffic.

The Emulation section is great (At times...) although it's split up a lot. It'd be more trouble than it's worth to pick ONE of the sections from Emulation to stick on the front page (Plus, it'd have to stretch even more for another section)

No matter what section is put up, people would complain about wanting a different one than that one, or to add more.

Not worth the trouble, and far from needed, just go to the Forum Index.

Edit: Leaving this open, I'm interested to see if anybody can come up with a way to make this work, plus I'm rather sure this won't go through.
