forum groups

Ok so we have like the emulation experts groups and things like that how about giving contributor + a chance to make there own group
say that they have to get 10 people to join there group before they can have it in there name.

The rules should be like
Nothing offensive
No 4chan stuff like lolcatz group or no mudkips etc.
No advertising threads about your group

But it would give people like people good at VB programming a chance for people to see that, by having a VB badge, or people that giveaway lots of accounts, there own title and a custom badge.

Feedback on this idea guys would be much appricated guys :wave:
