Im having a Suggestion of a new Section: Steam Scams

It will be like the WoW Scam's Section.

- Steam Account GiveAway's
- Steam Scamming Help
- Steam Scam Guides

Many people started to Scam Steam Accounts, which is very nice.
But it would be awesome, if a new Section would be made.
