    [Suggestion]Rule for programming section?

This suggestion came into mind browsing the programming section every so often and people asking for code for their programs when half the time its on googleor some other site.

What I'm suggesting is a stickied thread and enforcement saying that you must post your code when asking for help instead of requesting things like "sending emails", "making a p2p client", their homework, and things like that.

Now... of course the user could just choose to help only the people who post code but its annoying browsing through all these somewhat pathetic threads, and my suggestion would be useless. Something like what dreamincode enforces on their forum, AKA the -- "We will NOT do your homework for you, if you want help, ask and post your code so we can fix it".

Though, you can still ask questions on HOW to do things, point them in the right direction todo what they want, etc.

/Discuss(I'm sure other people will agree with me :P) and soz for the wall of text.
