Scam Help Section?

Alright down to basics.

Surely the scam help section is for people who really need help correct?
Then why is there a silly amount of people posting (comment my Youtube vid for Gamecard's ect)

They dont actually need help, they just want to boost there own venture at the exspense of someone else, there is even another section to post those sort of request's, so why do they still get away with flooding the main "Scam help" section where people are actually trying to help others with real problems.

Maybe you should make some example's?

Anyway cheer's, its just annoying to see so many uneeded post's in the wrong section while your trying to help other's with legit issues.
