Remove restriciton on reporting posts

The time limit on reporting posts (one report every x seconds, I forget the exact number) is quite annoying. I realise it would be open to abuse if removed for all, but maybe remove it for people of usergroup Y and above (where Y is whatever you feel is reasonable).

Its quite frustrating to want to report a bunch of posts then having to sit there waiting for the stupid timer to tick over, its not exactly very encouraging.

Although I totally agree, and I believe these forums would be a lot cleaner if there wasnt a 3 minute wait I do not see a change in this any time soon. Removing the time has been suggested before and it has been denied. It was denied because the time on the report is tied with regular post (I believe).

The 3 minute timer is not a report timer. It's a new thread creation, or new post timer. (Depending if the thread/post has already been reported.)

So unless you want to write a mod to not require that flood limit, it won't change.
