The staff respects the banned members' privacy to a certain extent.
Whether they will disclose their ban reason is up to them, not the staff.

Well, I think it should be made known to the public. Very often the ban is not because of a direct violation of the written rules. When I got banned it was for a WoWInfinity Crack. I didn't post it on the forum, I think I sent it to BrightChild on MSN, and even then, it was not a rule to not have warez on the forum. I could be following the "rules" and suddenly be punished for something I could not have known beforehand about because you won't disclose the info.
