Have i been scammed?

Sorry to post this here but im a bit worried i recently gave a sum of money and a lvl 60+ account to toonoutlet.com to get a character made and they have stopped replying to emails.

do you think they have played me for a fool? what can i do?

well i have all therre information from address to phone number. (noticed that its 6am over there might wait another 24 hours before i attempt to get my money back)

I think the guy who owns the website is sheesh from here.

if this does turn out to be a scam, should i tell the admin the email association with the site and see if a member is registered here.
