[Small suggestion] Making the help section of the forum

Hey, recently I've been having this problem where the website is not showing up properly. I do not know where to post my problem so I do hope someone could make a help section to help anyone new so that they could post their problems there...

Oh and here's a screen shot off my problem...



As you can see, the html thingy is off, cannot turn it back on and everything in the forum appears to be jumbled up. I'd appreciate if someone could tell me why and how to solve this problem

we have a problem with the website atm called the white bug or WSOD (white screen of death)
we are working on fixing it.
