Worthy people should get rep

I think we need some sort of system so that we can bring recent worthy posts into the Limelight, I don't have a specific system planned out but its kinda annoying when I post a truly original pretty awesome (IMO) scam or exploit and get one rep.... yeah, then I look at people who have "raffles" and get 20+ rep and don't even announce a winner, It kinda makes people less likely to contribute IMO.

What if we had some sort of way that a mod could make a post stay at the top of the section on the homepage for a period of time if they deemed it worthy? I have posted some pretty good exploits and scams I think but after they get off the front page they are pretty much dead to be honest.
