It's annoying when you try to help more than one user. I bump into this message way too much:

This forum requires that you wait 55 seconds between posts. Please try again in 22 seconds.

And i'm not spamming at all :P

I run into it an awful lot as well when I look through sections.. I usually (this is usually, not always, but usually ie 85% of the time) post somewhat helpful things.
