    Can't Upgrade account

    So from what i understood i need to have a Card linked to my papal account.Sorry to say this but that is just weird.Why do i have to?I linked my bank account,uploadad enough balance and still i can't buy account upgrade.

    Is there any workaround via admin chat or something?
