Changed thread title - doesn't work at all

Hello! I'm experiencing a little problem and I found this this thread where isn't any answer so..
After I've changed the thread title nothing happened. Only the header was alright but that's it. I'm experiencing this problem for the second time. For the first time there was mod in chat and he helped me but I don't want to bother mods with this.

it would be a lot easier if you linked the thread you want changed..
IF there is a TAG for the thread like [BOT] or something, simply change that to something else and then change the thread again, then it will show up on forum index, but you need to change TAG too
