[Question] Spell Swapping

Is it broken? I used Glitchy's MES to swap something, ran WoW with the MEF - but it crashed.

Yes, I have the lastest version, yes I named it patch-s.MPQ. I did everything I could think of, even re-did the edit, still it crashes.
