DM anti bot check system not working

When I try to send a DM it tells me I have to complete an anti bot check by posting a simple hello to a thread that is linked, but when I do it it doesn't work.

Also same here, i posted a simple hello or anything for like 3rd times to validate i am not bot, but its still not let me dm someones too.
Can i get help about it ?
