Altar of the Bacon Gods Pizza

First we get the dough and ya spreads your sauce, I prefer a mix of tomato and bit of barbaque, but whitesauce works just fine. Ya fry strips of bacon and strips of ham then you layer them on the pizza, add the ham, cover that bitch in cheese, CHEESE SO MANY CHEESES, Mozarella, Romano, ****ing PARMESSAN, any and ALL OF THE CHEESES you want, then ya coat it with a nice layer of garlic sauce and more cheese for good measure and bake the fella. Freakin delish man. Wind up having a tall ass cheese and bacon mountain though because of how much bacon I like to add, it becomes more like an altar, or ziggurat to the gods of bacon.

here are a few of my best sellers:

Buff Chicken Sicilian (Or bbq if you dont like spicy) keep in mind DO NOT USE BREADED CH always use sauteed Chicken it allows for the sauce to soak in better and if you do use bbq throw in a handful of shredded bacon, more or less this type of pie is HEAVY but omg amazing the texture of the Sicilian with the load of cheese and then the buff chicken on top with a wee bit of ranch.

Chicken and broccoli on a round pie, make your usual pizza, don't use sauce just a layer of cheese, throw into the oven let it cook for like 5 min so you have a barely cooked crust, take it out toss on chicken and broccoli in a light teriyaki sauce (I would suggest some sesame seeds if you have any they bring a nice aroma lightly sautee and toss on pizza after its done)

Sicilian FMT (Fresh motz tomato basil) as it says make a sicilian throw on fresh motz slices when its 90% done let it semi melt garnish with basil and fresh tomato slices.

and the best I present to you:

THE LONE RANGER

One round pie, no sauce just cheese baked for 5-10min (like the chicken broccoli one) take it out TOP with baked beans (I used canned molasses ones) sauteed onions and chopped up hot dogs

Comes out looking redic messy you might have to throw some cheese on top if you have a lot of the bean sauce so it soaks up but one of the best pies I have ever designed in the pizzeria I worked out.


Another Favorite is a VODKA PIE

make your usual pizza instead of red sauce use vodka sauce...turns out an orangish pie but omg so good.

You can try a cheese steak pizza (cheese crust no sauce) top with cheese steak, american cheese, and french fries. In my opinion it is a little bit dry, I change it up with a handful of mushrooms on the cheese steak and depending if I have any roasted red peppers those can go in as well although I understand some don't like shrooms or peppers.

With your cheeses use a light skim motz mix or NY blend motz (pre shredded) and if you decide to do the bbq or buff then throw in a handful of cheddar it mixes well.

Another interesting one is taco, the reason why it isn't on here is a lot of places offer a "hamburger" pizza which is the same, cheese crust + ground beef + taco cheese.

If you like pasta then either go tortalini alfredo or my personal favorite is penne vodka, don't get baked penne just use vodka sauce...tastes amazing!
