[HowTo] Play on the MMOwned Counter-Strike Source Server For Free!

This Short Guide Will Show You How To EASILY Join The Unofficial MMOwned Counter-Strike:Source Server, Without Owning CS:S Or A Steam Account!

Download This File 2.25 GB

Decompress

Go into the SVReV_1999_OrangeBox directory

Open sbrev.ini

Find:

SteamAppsPath=C:\SBReV_1999_OrangeBox\steamapps
AppsPath=C:\SBReV_1999_OrangeBox\steamapps\mmowned

And edit to where it is located, like say I put it on my desktop, now I edit it to be:

SteamAppsPath=C:\Documents and Settings\Devon\Desktop\sbrev\SBReV_1999_OrangeBox\steamapps
AppsPath=C:\Documents and Settings\Devon\Desktop\sbrev\SBReV_1999_OrangeBox\steamapps\mmowned

Launch SBReV.exe (Make sure steam is not running, you could be banned.)

Launch Counter-Strike:Source from the menu

Connect to blazehammer.anairo.com:27015 with the password, mmownage by adding blazehammer.anairo.com:27015 to Favs and joining .

You can also type

password mmownage

Then

 connect blazehammer.anairo.com:27015

To connect.

This is a Complete package, in other words, Unzip And Run (With a little modification)

Already has maps/materials/sounds/models for the server as of March 15th, 2008.

ZOMBIE PACK IS RELEASED! (Get it here, under 100 megs)
HEADCRAB HUNTER PACK IS RELEASED! (Get it here, about 10 megs)

EASY WAY TO CONNECT:

To connect go to options, keyboard, advanced, and then check enable developers console.

Once you have done that you need to click ` and then type:

 connect blazehammer.anairo.com:27015; password mmownage

- I'll be connecting onto the server in a minute, on a legit CS:S =D

When I double click on Counter-Strike: Source, It says "Installing Counter-Strike: Source..." then it stops.. but nothing happens.

You've got to edit the path to where they are located to inside the

sbrev1999blah\steamapps

folder... I said how to >_>
