Looking for a game to play with friends

So, me and 2 more friends use to play togheter (online) while we chat through skype (we usually play LoL), and we're looking for some other games to play...
FPS games are not an option (maybe an option, since we played some TF2, but one of'em is a f@ggot and hates FPS), we're looking for some strategy/rpg we can either co-op or compete (we play some europa universalis, worms sometimes, total war and we even competed in a "pokemon spirit run" where the one that got far in the game wins).
So, in a few words, looking for a game which supports 3 players either co-oping or competing in any sort, preferably either strategy or rpg

I highly recommend Final Fantasy XIV. As far as MMORPGs go, this is climbing its way to the top quickly.
