Best way to deal with cheaters ever?

How do you feel about this? I think this is a great idea...

I think HoN or Dota2 has this.

If you get reported enough as a troll you get put in to low priority queue with other trolls and flamers. 15-20 minute queue times and then you get put into queue where people afk the game and such definately stops quite a bit of these guys

I used to have a CS 1.6 server where i did a similar type of thing... If i noticed an aimbotter or a wallhacker or anything, i removed his ability to do any damage. Some people still tried to speedhack knife people around for minutes, tens of minutes even...

Well maybe not that similar, but yeah.
