Afternoon people of OwnedCore!

I have recently started a business I call the EliteGamingNetwork. And I started this business with my good friend and long time business partner Jay. He has been working with me since 2005 and we have always done excellent lucrative business while entertaining ourselves and others!

Jay and I have always thought of purchasing cap cards, and making videos and putting them out on YouTube for others to enjoy! I have been looking around all over the place to try and find people who are interested in doing this with me, and I am looking for the following:

PLEASE read carefully and thoroughly.

Requirements:

-Age 16+ (Must not sound like a child over commentary).
-Must be able to produce 2 videos a day (HD PVR NOT REQUIRED!!).
-Must be willing to work hard and provide great gameplay!
-Must be able to add commentary to your footage.
-Must be responsible, I need to be able to rely on you to do your job.
-Must not be a dick, you need to be a nice person looking to turn a passion in to a career!
-Must have minimal experience, any sort of videos you can send me would be fantastic, to provide past or present experience.

Whats in it for you?

-Once a YouTube partnership with EGN is made, we will start monetizing videos, eventually creating a successful business. (My last run through with this deal landed me a partnership and I made 73,000~$ a year just doing this).

-Fame, if you take this seriously and provide what you are told to, and do well.. Eventually you will become well known in the YouTube community!

-Improvement, turning a hobby into a job is something people always have wanted to do.. You will get a thousand times better at the game you play most. (In my case black ops).

-Much more, those interested can learn more.

How do I do this?

-Very simple in fact, what you would have to do is get a capture card if you have not one already. Record some good game footage and then go in to Sony Vegas 10.0 or whatever your preferred video editing software might be, and render the video to best settings, produce a commentary and upload this video to YouTube, to the main channel xEliteGamingNetworkx
