Building a Gaming PC or Looking for a Gaming PC

I am currently looking for a gaming PC that can run WoW: Cataclysm on Ultra settings. I would rather buy it, than build it; though either is suitable for me. It does not matter if it is a Laptop, or a Desktop. My current budget is about 500-900 dollars.

Is there anything of high quality that I can get for this? Thanks.

My computer's worth that much now atm I think (around 600$).
It runs wow on max settings ^^ So I'm sure you'll can buy a good pc for that money.

If you want a decent low price pc at least look for an i5 intel with 4 or 6 gig ram (more is overkill.. even though I got 12 xD). If you get any half decent gfxcard with it ur fine.
