    Using the twink enchants on BoP legs

    i saw for a time ago a post about using a filter to remove the require level on example runic spellthread and other twink enchants that needed to be 60+
    searched a while for it but can't find it anywhere. REally wanna find this cause i've made a Twink with über gear atm but don't wanna change to a pair of green pants just to get the enchant
