Downloading help

I have downloaded barely anything on my computer but my internet provider keeps sending messages that i am far over the maximum download so i am being charged for it. anyone know how i can trace whats being downloaded

do you share your network with somebody else?
or maybe WoW uses much of ur internet(If u use a very slow internet)

omg, get a flatrate! No one has internet with download-limits anymore... And you can see how much you have downloaded on some routers..
