I told him to use ebay,but he said its too many fees,he said to do it through PayPal,so he asked me to send the money as friends and family,I told him no cause it doesn't protect me, so i send them for goods, he said that PayPal hold the money for 21 days and that he had to send me a tracking number,he said since its digital and not an item he can't send me a tracking number,so we dicided to give him 50 upfront as friends and family,then he would give me the mail and password for hearthstone,and then i will send him the other half,so when i send him the first 50 euro he started claiming that he never received them and that he's PayPal balance was zero, I asked him to take a pic with his PayPal balance and the summary near that is saying that he refund the first transaction,he said ok and then never heard from him again

i made a thread like this one and they banned him i hope he will get banned and from here
