OK, well I'm just saying, alot of people find it hard to get rep, I know I did, well, if someone +reps you in a friendly non-flaming manner, rep them back, a little kindness goes a long way.

You cannot do this. Repping someone for repping you is considered rep trading im pretty sure. Rep trading is a bannable offense.

Then why is it when you rep it says "If you're lucky enough you may get the same amount of rep back"?
