Looking for animes to watch! :P

Well basically wanted to ask if someone has some anime titles to recommend.
I am somewhat of a picky person, so im not going to watch some stuff - read below

i LIKED:
Death note
Wolf's Rain
Noein

I LIKE:
-anything sci-fi or fantasy
-anything supernatural
-anything "spy"

i DONT like:
-when whole series is based around robots fighting each other
-samurai/old history
-series based around gore/hard fighting
-series with no sci-fi/fantasy/supernatural content in them (i.e. "Real World")


Basically stuff like bleach/naruto/code geass i dont like, sorry.

Im also NOT looking for "ongoing" series (basically series with "seasons" etc, like TV series). Im looking more for animes with "fixed" story, that can take place in one or more episodes (like i mentioned above, perfect examples are Death Note, Wolf's Rain, Noein)

darker than black. season 2 was much more interesting and more involved than s1.
blood lagoon isn't sci-fi, kinda like if soldier of fortune game went anime

Hellsing, based around real vampires vs artificial man made vampires. Sounds cheesy but is a good watch.

.hack i watched, was amusing bt got a bit boring later
Ghost in the shell - not a fan of that much cyberpunk. I liked the movie (first one), but series were a tad boring
Fullmetal alchemist - will have a look
Hellsing - looks to me like an ongoing series with relatively unconnected episodes - something i tend to avoid
Darker than black - again "seasons". Im looking for something with "fixed" story rather than anime version of TV series
