Just opened a shop, now what?

So I have just opened a shop, I will be a registered business just after i come back from holiday in 3 weeks time.

I sell computers, software etc shit like that. I have a good website and a good online shop but im stuck as what to do now. I need to get more inverntory as some of the products can't be a made to order job but I can't afford it off my own money and can't be bothered to put a business plan together to give to the bank/government.

It has the potential to make ALOT of profit (not money but actual profit). Currently it is only online based but I can rent a shop somewhere for £400 a month if i get going lol.

So yeah I need ideas on how to advertise and what not. (don't say an ad in the paper as their gehy).

Mabey even looking to get a business partner? or even a business angel? I have a friend whos and accountant who is helping and another who is an IT technician so thats all safe ha.

But yeah if yu got any ideas as how I can promote it and generate customers then feel free to comment/PM me. I can't give links to the shop here as thats advertising and I refuse to break the mmowned rules :P Nor will I give you ti unless your not a noob and actually want to help :P

Yeah just getting on top of that atm, if you search my company name the top like 5 results are me so thats a good start haha. Gonna work on the keyword bit tho as i got one of them recently

Maybe try and buy advertising on some big computer forums and stuff. You could also buy one of those signs and twirl it atound and do one of those really poor ads you always see on l[IMGR][/IMGR]ocal television
